Scissor / Basic lifts

Scissor and other basic lifts are a common use for all our staff. We are proficient in their capabilities and have access to low prices to keep the project cost at a minimum. Lifts such as these improve efficiency of projects which lowers labor cost, ultimately driving your cost down.

From warehouses, to parking lot light poles, to exterior building projects, scissors and other basic lifts are a common use for us as a company and you can be assured, we are extremely proficient and more importantly safe with all types of lifts required for high elevation painting.

Articulating & Telescopic lifts

Articulating and telescopic lifts are often used on larger exteriors with fairly open access. Our staff is trained on safety and effective operation of these lifts. Safety is our number one priority, not only for our employees who operate the lifts, but for your property and for the people on the ground, which is why we have an effective traffic management system we implement when operating these lifts on your property.

From exterior siding on apartment buildings, to sign bands over an outdoor patio, to metal roofs on a skyway, and everything in between. We are able to tackle your project with ease and proficiency. We also have accounts with the leading suppliers of lift rentals, to negotiate pricing deals, and have superb insurance relationships to ultimately drive this cost down, to easily meet your budget needs.

Teupen & Specialty lifts

These lifts are use the most infrequently. They are often special order, imported from most times across the country as their availability is lower. These are often a last resort use, as their purpose is extremely specific. However, that does not deter us from using them. We know their application, have knowledge of their working envelopes, and since we have thorough estimates, we can have these costs calculated ahead of time, so you do not have a surprise change order down the line.

From unique buildouts with exposed piping and HVAC where access is very limited, to exterior projects where elevation change is great and project height is greater than 80'; our staff is knowledgeable on the unique requirements and limitations of these lifts. As always, safety for everyone on the site is a top priority.
