Similar to lease renewals a tenant improvement is the agreed amount a landlord is willing to spend so the tenant can retrofit or renovate a tenant's space. We work initially with the landlord to give them an estimate of what the tenant's costs will be and finally work with the tenant to exceed their expectations whilst lowering the cost of the project, benefiting both parties.
