Texturing styles
Texture adds great depth and durability to your walls or your ceiling and can be used as in specific instances as a crucial design element of your home to really showcase a certain aesthetic! There are a few different common types of texture styles:
Popcorn style is what are on the ceilings in most homes.
Knockdown style is more common on walls than on ceilings it resembles what an exterior stucco building looks like.
Splatter coat or orange peel is a common style for wall textures. It resembles the skin of an orange.
Each of these styles of texture add a unique look to your wall, hide some imperfections in your wall, and in some cases can improve the durability of your wall.
